AI Work That Fits the Organisation, Not the Other Way Around

Our Story

Founded in Kuala Lumpur with a Specific Purpose

mynovarix was established in 2019 by a group of practitioners who had spent years working at the intersection of data engineering and business operations across Southeast Asia. The recurring observation was that organisations often had meaningful data but lacked the internal capacity to turn it into useful AI-driven capabilities — not because the technology was unavailable, but because the path to adoption was unclear.

That gap is where mynovarix focuses. We work in clearly defined engagements — anomaly detection, speech recognition, and strategy facilitation — rather than positioning ourselves as a general-purpose technology partner. This approach keeps our work specific and our commitments measurable.

Operating from our Kuala Lumpur office, we serve clients across Malaysia and occasionally the wider region. Our teams are fluent in the local regulatory environment, including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, and we take data stewardship seriously in every engagement.

Mission

To help Malaysian organisations apply artificial intelligence in ways that are proportionate, well-considered, and built to last — without pressure to adopt more than the situation calls for.

Values

  • Clarity in scope and communication
  • Honest assessment of what AI can and cannot do
  • Respect for client data and confidentiality
  • Engagements that end with your team capable, not dependent

How We Work

Quality Standards and Operating Principles

PDPA Compliance

All engagements operate within Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act framework. Data handling terms are documented and agreed before work begins.

Defined Deliverables

Each project is scoped with a written statement of work including timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria — before any engagement fee is charged.

Data Security

Client data used during engagements is stored in encrypted environments with access restricted to project team members only.

Ethical AI Principles

We assess potential fairness, transparency, and accountability implications for any AI system we design, and document our reasoning for client review.

Post-Deployment Review

Implementation engagements include a 30-day review window after go-live to assess performance and address any configuration concerns.

Full Handover Documentation

Every project concludes with complete technical documentation so your team can maintain, extend, or modify the solution independently.

AI Consulting in Malaysia: The mynovarix Approach

The AI services landscape in Southeast Asia has grown substantially over the past several years, and Malaysian enterprises are increasingly weighing how machine learning and intelligent automation can improve their core operations. What has become apparent in many of these conversations is that the decision to adopt AI is rarely the hard part — working out which specific problems are worth addressing, and in what sequence, requires careful thought.

mynovarix's position is deliberately narrow. We do not offer a broad portfolio of digital transformation services. Our three core offerings — anomaly detection, speech recognition, and AI strategy facilitation — address distinct but frequently encountered needs. Organisations that have reached the point of needing these capabilities know it; we help them execute with precision.

Our Kuala Lumpur location and Malaysian team means engagements are conducted with an understanding of local business culture, regulatory requirements, and the practical realities of enterprise technology infrastructure in the region. We consider that context an integral part of the service, not just a footnote.
